Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

In order to create a return, please use this online form.

 Alternatively, use a standard form available here and send it to us via email on info@alluree.eu. We will confirm you the next steps on how to return the package.

You must return the goods to us intact, clean, unworn and without any signs of use, including all accessories and documentation, preferably in the original packaging.

If there is a reduction in the value of the returned goods due to handling them in any other way than was necessary to get acquainted with their character, features and functionality, the reimbursed amount will be decreased by the amount by which the value of goods was decreased.

You must return the goods to us at your expense no later than 14 days from the delivery of the withdrawal notice, preferably by shipping the goods to the address provided to you after your confirmation of the withdrawal from the contract is sent to us.

The money will be returned to you in the same way in which we received it from you, or in another agreed way. Please allow for up to 10 working days to show on your account.

If your original order was shipped to a destination outside the EU, then any additional customs duties or import taxes will not be refunded.
